Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from DeeDee’s Workshop. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help and make it right.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales.magico@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.
Please note: Orders are fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment partner. Returned items must be sent to the return address we provide at the time of approval. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
